ALG11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,807 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF7, SUCLA2, and SUGT1. Each is linked with ALG11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG11-to-partner and partner-to-ALG11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALG11 versus ARHGEF7 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
