ALG11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,803 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG11-associated genes across cancer lineages are COG3, NEK3, and VPS36. Each is linked with ALG11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG11-to-partner and partner-to-ALG11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALG11 versus COG3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
