Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALG11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,546 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA destabilization, Copper ion export, and mRNA destabilization. Each is linked with ALG11 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG11-to-partner and partner-to-ALG11 results are reported.
