Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALG10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ALG10 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ALG10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALG10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, SARC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ALG10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
