ALG10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG10-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1_pT70, FoxM1, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with ALG10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG10-to-partner and partner-to-ALG10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1_pT70 grouped by ALG10-low versus ALG10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
