ALDOC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDOC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,869 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDOC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAMHD1, SGSM3, and ENO2. Each is linked with ALDOC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDOC-to-partner and partner-to-ALDOC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDOC versus SAMHD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
