Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDOB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,742 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDOB-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGBP, BGLT3, and RNU6-805P. Each is linked with ALDOB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDOB-to-partner and partner-to-ALDOB results are reported.
