ALDOB

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDOB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDOB-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, EGFR_pY1173, and FASN. Each is linked with ALDOB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDOB-to-partner and partner-to-ALDOB results are reported.
