Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALDOA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ALDOA data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher ALDOA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALDOA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
GBM, LUSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where ALDOA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
