ALDOA

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDOA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDOA-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eIF4E, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with ALDOA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDOA-to-partner and partner-to-ALDOA results are reported.
