ALDH9A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH9A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,831 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH9A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BPNT1, DDAH1, and PMVK. Each is linked with ALDH9A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH9A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH9A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDH9A1 versus BPNT1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH9A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH9A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
