Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALDH9A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH9A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IZUMO2, TBC1D3H, and ASPN. Each is linked with ALDH9A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH9A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH9A1 results are reported.
