Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALDH7A1P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ALDH7A1P4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ALDH7A1P4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALDH7A1P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV show a favorable association.

KIRC, OV, and COAD are the cancer types where ALDH7A1P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
