ALDH7A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH7A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,197 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH7A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHAX, ISOC1, and GRAMD2B. Each is linked with ALDH7A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH7A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH7A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDH7A1 versus PHAX in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH7A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH7A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
