ALDH7A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH7A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,299 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH7A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2A1, LILRA5, and LILRB3. Each is linked with ALDH7A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH7A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH7A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDH7A1 versus BCL2A1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH7A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH7A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
