Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALDH7A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,519 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH7A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are L-lysine catabolic process, Choline catabolic process, and Proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis. Each is linked with ALDH7A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH7A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH7A1 results are reported.
