Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH6A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,439 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH6A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISG20, UBR7, and CKAP4_S26. Each is linked with ALDH6A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH6A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH6A1 results are reported.
