ALDH6A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH6A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 800 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH6A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-52P, RNA5SP415, and RNU6-706P. Each is linked with ALDH6A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH6A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH6A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-52P grouped by ALDH6A1-low versus ALDH6A1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH6A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH6A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
