Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH3B2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH3B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Tuberin_pT1462, and ER-alpha. Each is linked with ALDH3B2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH3B2-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH3B2 results are reported.
