ALDH3A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH3A2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH3A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pT308, Rad50, and ASNS. Each is linked with ALDH3A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH3A2-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH3A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt_pT308 grouped by ALDH3A2-low versus ALDH3A2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH3A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH3A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
