Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALDH3A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,588 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH3A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALDH3A1, SLC47A2, and SLC47A1. Each is linked with ALDH3A2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH3A2-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH3A2 results are reported.
