Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALDH3A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,507 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH3A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sesquiterpenoid metabolic process, Copper ion export, and Progesterone metabolic process. Each is linked with ALDH3A2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH3A2-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH3A2 results are reported.
