Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALDH3A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALDH3A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D21, TAFA1, and SPRR2F. Each is linked with ALDH3A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH3A2-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH3A2 results are reported.
