ALDH1L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH1L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,844 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH1L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, C1S, and CCDC80. Each is linked with ALDH1L2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH1L2-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH1L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDH1L2 versus PCOLCE in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
