Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH1L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,121 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALDH1L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMPD1, IGKV2-28, and LAX1. Each is linked with ALDH1L2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH1L2-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH1L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDH1L2 versus AMPD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
