Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH1L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,847 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALDH1L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14P19, RNA5SP158, and OR11J5P. Each is linked with ALDH1L2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH1L2-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH1L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN14P19 grouped by ALDH1L2-low versus ALDH1L2-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
