ALDH1L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALDH1L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH1L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBL1Y, ZSCAN1, and FOXR2. Each is linked with ALDH1L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH1L2-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH1L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBL1Y grouped by ALDH1L2-low versus ALDH1L2-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
