Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH1L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,498 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALDH1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALDH1L1-AS2, ASPA, and ACADL. Each is linked with ALDH1L1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH1L1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH1L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDH1L1 versus ALDH1L1-AS2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
