ALDH1L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH1L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,516 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPH, AUNIP, and CDCA8. Each is linked with ALDH1L1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH1L1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAPH grouped by ALDH1L1-low versus ALDH1L1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
