ALDH1A3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH1A3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,919 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH1A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCN, PTGIS, and FGF7. Each is linked with ALDH1A3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH1A3-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH1A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH1A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH1A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
