ALDH1A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALDH1A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH1A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR56A1, TNP1, and RLN3. Each is linked with ALDH1A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH1A2-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH1A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR56A1 grouped by ALDH1A2-low versus ALDH1A2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH1A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH1A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
