ALDH18A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH18A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,126 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH18A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IDE, GBF1, and MMS19. Each is linked with ALDH18A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH18A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH18A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDH18A1 versus IDE in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH18A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH18A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
