ALDH18A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH18A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,745 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH18A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRK2, CTSG, and FLI1. Each is linked with ALDH18A1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH18A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH18A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDH18A1 versus LRRK2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH18A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH18A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
