Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH18A1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH18A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, eIF4G, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with ALDH18A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH18A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH18A1 results are reported.
