ALDH16A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH16A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,337 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH16A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRNP70, RUVBL2, and PIH1D1. Each is linked with ALDH16A1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH16A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH16A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDH16A1 versus SNRNP70 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH16A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH16A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
