ALDH16A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH16A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,456 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH16A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DERA, PRMT1, and SUGT1. Each is linked with ALDH16A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH16A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH16A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDH16A1 versus DERA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH16A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH16A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
