Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH16A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,663 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALDH16A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLAMF6, CYTIP, and CD53. Each is linked with ALDH16A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH16A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH16A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDH16A1 versus SLAMF6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH16A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH16A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
