Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALDH16A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,766 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH16A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication proofreading, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, and Regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with ALDH16A1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH16A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH16A1 results are reported.
