ALCAM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALCAM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,169 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITPRIPL1, NDC80, and MIPOL1. Each is linked with ALCAM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALCAM-to-partner and partner-to-ALCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALCAM versus ITPRIPL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
