ALCAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALCAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,122 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL30P12, RN7SL134P, and RN7SL578P. Each is linked with ALCAM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALCAM-to-partner and partner-to-ALCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL30P12 grouped by ALCAM-low versus ALCAM-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
