ALB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,426 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDTC1, TCEAL3, and TXNDC9. Each is linked with ALB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALB-to-partner and partner-to-ALB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALB versus WDTC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
