ALB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,538 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALB-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOC2B, OPRL1, and HHIPL1. Each is linked with ALB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALB-to-partner and partner-to-ALB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DOC2B grouped by ALB-low versus ALB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
