ALB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM2, KRTAP19-3, and MSGN1. Each is linked with ALB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALB-to-partner and partner-to-ALB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM2 grouped by ALB-low versus ALB-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
