ALAS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALAS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,079 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MORC3, CMTM5, and EPB42. Each is linked with ALAS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALAS2-to-partner and partner-to-ALAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALAS2 versus MORC3 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
