Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALAS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,402 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP55, PPIF, and SLC7A11. Each is linked with ALAS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALAS1-to-partner and partner-to-ALAS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALAS1 versus CEP55 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
