ALAS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, MYH11, and PR. Each is linked with ALAS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALAS1-to-partner and partner-to-ALAS1 results are reported.
