ALAD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALAD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,931 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALAD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPA, RAB14, and ALAD_S215. Each is linked with ALAD in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALAD-to-partner and partner-to-ALAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALAD versus PTPA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
