AKT1S1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKT1S1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,507 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKT1S1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRMT1, TRIM28, and PPP5C. Each is linked with AKT1S1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKT1S1-to-partner and partner-to-AKT1S1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKT1S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKT1S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
