AKT1S1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKT1S1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,094 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKT1S1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH13, CCDC80, and GXYLT2. Each is linked with AKT1S1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKT1S1-to-partner and partner-to-AKT1S1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKT1S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKT1S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
