AKT1S1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKT1S1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 823 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKT1S1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR196A2, NEK2P2, and SEPTIN14P19. Each is linked with AKT1S1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKT1S1-to-partner and partner-to-AKT1S1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKT1S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKT1S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
